Placing Orders
Online orders from Canadian customers are handled on the Canadian
version of our website. You will find prices in Canadian dollars for
your convenience. Just fill in the shopping cart and follow the checkout
steps. Your request will be processed by our Canadian affiliate, WARD'S of
Canada, Ltd.
On all Canadian orders, the shipping charge will vary
depending on the items being ordered, their weight, and where the order is
going.
Hazardous materials will not be shipped to individuals.
Those items that are electrically powered are always in
110 V unless otherwise quoted.

International Customer
Service
Ward's has a large staff of specialists experienced in
the processing and shipping of International orders and quotations. We'll guide
you through the steps to make ordering from WARD'S an exceptional experience.
We have experts in packaging and shipping hazardous materials,
U.S. Fish & Wildlife regulations, and custom electrical voltage requirements.
Because we can offer you a consolidated product offering from our sister companies:

you only need to contact us for
all your science needs.
Requesting a Quotation
To place an international request for quotation, go to
the International version of
our website and add products of interest to the shopping cart. Select "proceed
to checkout" and supply the information requested. We will prepare the
quotation for you. See our RFQ instructions for
details.
On all international quotations, the shipping charge will
vary depending on the items requested. The transportation charges depend
on the items being requested, their weight, and the destination. Inspections
will be required on all U. S. Fish & Wildlife indicated items. No order
will be accepted until a confirmation is received.
